New York City, NY, | July 25, 2018 — Dominion Harbor CEO, David Pridham, will moderate a panel today in New York City at the Fifteenth Annual Summit on Protecting Innovations in the Financial Services Industry. A production of the World Congress, the summit will focus on intellectual property trends impacting the financial service industry. As expected, a portion of the summit will focus on §101 patent eligibility and how it relates to financial technology. Mr. Pridham’s panel will focus on legislative reforms to §101 with an eye toward increasing predictability and reducing uncertainty. Joining Mr. Pridham are Joe Matal (former acting Under Secretary of Commerce for Intellectual Property), Barbara Fiacco (First Vice President and Chair of the 101 Task Force for the American Intellectual Property Law Association), Scott Patridge (Chair of the Intellectual Property section of the American Bar Association), and Manny Schecter (Chief Patent Counsel at IBM and Member of the Board of Directors of the Intellectual Property Owners Association).
